Terms & Conditions — 7pkr Platform User Agreement

Welcome to 7pkr (the "Platform"), an English-language online betting and casino information service available at https://7pkr.cam and operated under the 7pkr brand. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7pkr ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, tools and services offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, organisation or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling or the use of this Platform is unlawful.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, contractor or immediate family member of 7pkr or any associated service provider involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met. If you cease to meet any eligibility requirement at any point, you must immediately stop using the Platform and notify us via the contact details in Section 16.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
• Keep your Account credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Update your personal information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you. 7pkr cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling any two-factor authentication options available and using a strong, unique password.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account. If we detect multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses or payment methods — we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Bonuses and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 7pkr grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• Systematically extract data from the Platform using automated scripts, bots, scrapers or similar tools.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, verification or access-control feature of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden or impair its operation or infrastructure.

All use of the Platform is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw access to any feature at any time, with or without notice, where required by law, regulation or operational necessity.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling services by any of those institutions. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to change.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit or a verified account in your name, subject to KYC completion. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines apply and are published on the Platform. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending identity verification, bonus wagering completion or fraud investigation.

6.3 Currency

The Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual transaction currency may depend on operator settings. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the User.

All Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Illustrative Figures: Any bonus amounts, wagering requirements or cashback percentages shown on this Platform are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live promotional terms. Always check the current promotions page for accurate figures.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available to one Account per individual, household, IP address or device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum Stake During Bonus: Placing bets above the maximum permitted stake during an active bonus wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Refer to the applicable game contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.
• Abuse: 7pkr reserves the right to void Bonuses and related winnings, and to close Accounts, where abuse of any promotional offer is suspected or detected.

All bets and game rounds placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each market, sport or game. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Once confirmed, bets and game rounds are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed except where expressly permitted by applicable game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, systems fault or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a bet, 7pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts.
• Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• For cricket markets including Pakistan national team matches, PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments, specific sport rules apply as published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
• 7pkr reserves the right to impose limits on bet sizes, winnings or market availability at any time, including in respect of individual Users or events.
• Winnings from game rounds and settled bets will be credited to your Account balance, subject to any applicable Bonus terms.

8.1 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and may be suspended or closed at any time. 7pkr cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets. Bets accepted during live events are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets unless specific live-betting rules apply.

7pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control of their betting activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where access is unlawful.
• Registering an Account using false, inaccurate or misleading personal information.
• Attempting to open multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, restrictions or KYC requirements.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting errors, system glitches or pricing mistakes on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, payment chargebacks or any other financially illicit activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multi-player format.
• Submitting fraudulent, altered or falsified identity or address documents during KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, or any other applicable legislation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, software and page layouts — is the intellectual property of 7pkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent, except for temporary copies made in the ordinary course of browsing and personal non-commercial use.

The 7pkr name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to the 7pkr brand. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7pkr, its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting or gaming activity, including losses exceeding deposited funds.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature.
• Technical failures, server downtime, data transmission errors or interruptions to Platform availability.
• Actions taken by third parties, including payment processors, game providers or data feed suppliers.
• Your reliance on any information, odds, statistics or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1 Closure by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via the email address listed in Section 16. Before requesting closure, you should withdraw any available balance. Any active Bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by 7pkr

7pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion or receipt of a chargeback.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• At our reasonable commercial discretion, subject to return of any bona fide balance.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, all pending Bonus amounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding those subject to investigation) will be returned via your last verified payment method following completion of applicable checks. These Terms survive Account closure to the extent necessary to give effect to outstanding rights and obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator's licence is issued, to the extent applicable and not inconsistent with mandatory local law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7pkr from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information.

Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani legislation may affect their rights and obligations. 7pkr does not provide legal advice. Users should seek independent legal counsel if in doubt about their legal position.

7pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of each revision. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
